What are the odds I would survive climbing my stairs twice yesterday? I guess 100% because I did it. Woohoo!
Leigh Ann and I saw the musical, "Memphis" which was great. Amazing singing and great dancing.
What are the odds that my neighbors from Houston would be having a graduation dinner last night in NYC? Again, 100% - Linda & Todd hosted a dinner last night as their son, Will, graduated from NYU. We had a wonderful dinner at Les Halles.
I will post the winner of the giveaway tomorrow morning.

Is this something all McDonalds are doing or is this just New York. If I am worried about calories, I probably should not be eating there.

Are you talking about the calories? In NY state it is mandated that they put the calories on menu items. Really nice I think! =)
ReplyDeleteI agree with Marcie and Jules, go to Vegas a take alot of money so you can win REALLLLLLLY big !!!! Another great day for you in New York ! Amazing ! My philosophy.....it was meant to be !!!
ReplyDeleteLeigh Ann,
ReplyDeleteThanks, I had no idea, but had never seen it before.
I just realized you were at Anthony Bourdain's place - have always wanted to go there! Congrats to Will! Glad to see you in a photo again - not just your pretty hand holding a yummy cookie!
ReplyDeleteVery fun seeing u last night!!!
ReplyDeleteSpeaking of neighbors, I think Molly is starting to miss you...she has been asking me more often lately when you are going to be home. Tonight we picked up a paper in your yard, which I guess Molly thought meant that you were home now, as she exclaimed, "Ms. Anita is home?!" :-)
ReplyDeleteANITA you are having the most fabulous NYC trip ever... I am enjoying all of your great stories and so happy to hear how you are living every moment to the fullest!! You are such a strong great person!
ReplyDelete... and how great is it that you were able to meet up with Leigh Ann!! :)
Anita - what an evening! How wonderful for you to join your Houston (!) neighbors in a graduation celebration. Awesome you were at Les Halles, home base for Anthony Bourdain! He is one of my faves!
ReplyDeleteSusan,
ReplyDeleteThat is so sweet! Tell Molly that Miss Anita has a "happy" for her and can hardly wait to see her.
